What does "pioneer" actually get me?
If you're the first client in your industry, you help shape the template. In exchange: discounted Care Plans for the life of the system, free upgrades for life — every improvement we ship to the template later flows back to you if you want it — and a named credit on the industries page if you want it (silence if you don't).
Will the next client in my industry pay less than I did?
Yes — that's the model. They're buying a configuration of the work you helped pioneer. The trade-off: they don't get any of the pioneer benefits above. You stay ahead. And you get free upgrades we make in future builds for your industry, if you want them. For life.
How "off-the-shelf" is a template build?
Not very, in the SaaS sense. Templates are configured per client — your colors, your terminology, your specific quirks, your team's workflow. The skeleton is shared; the skin and the muscle are yours. Think of it like ordering a custom suit from a tailor who already has your size on file.
What if my industry's pet doesn't fit my brand?
Each pet has industry-typical defaults, but they can be reskinned for your specific business — different color palette, custom name, modified personality. The engine stays the same; the costume changes.
What if I don't want to be on the public list at all?
Totally fine. The industries page only mentions named clients with their permission. You can be a quiet pioneer.
What if my industry isn't on the list?
That just means we haven't built for it yet. Tell us what your business does — if it's a fit, you'd be the pioneer. If it's not, we'll say so honestly.
